I am Kate MorningStar Bednarski. MorningStar is my Spirit name, given to me by my teacher and brother, Bear Claw Soaring Eagle. I am a Shamanic Practitioner, Transpersonal Coach and Interfaith Spiritual Companion called to presence and guide people as they discover their own essential nature.

I offer longstanding sacred practices to free the spirit which becomes trapped, overwritten and blocked by parts, patterns and the past. The methods and tools I use support clearing blocks, lifting dis-ease, expanding consciousness and claiming personal freedom allowing one’s True Self to be expressed.

I partner with people from all walks of life from around the world typically while they bridge big transitions in work, relationships and life. I have a special commitment to serving queer, non-binary and LGBTQIA+ folx.
